Rates
I offer a complimentary a 10-15 minute phone consultation to answer any questions you may have, get insurance information, and briefly learn why you are exploring therapy at this time. This helps me understand if I think we are a good fit and if I can help.
My self-pay rates range between $125 - $150 per 55-minute session.

Insurance
Doylestown, PA: I am accept Cigna, Highmark, Optum and United Healthcare (UBH). If you have a different insurance, I am happy to provide receipts for out-of-network insurance benefits, and will assist you with submitting claims.
New York City: Accept self-pay only. I am not an in-network provider for any insurance company at this time.
Out-of-Network Benefit Questions:
If you would like to use your insurance's out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance company and ask the following questions prior to our first session:
* Do I have out-of-network behavioral or mental health benefits?
* If so, what is my out-of-network deductible? How much of this deductible has already been met?
* Is there an annual limit to the number of sessions or total amount that is reimbursable?
* What is the rate of reimbursement for CPT code 90837?
* Do I need pre-certification or pre-authorization?

Payment
Payment/copays are due at the time of service. I accept credit cards, check, or cash.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24-hours notice to cancel you appointment without penalty. If we are able to reschedule your appointment within the same week, there is no penalty.
